So i'm in the process of looking for a mercury cougar to buy ! Ideally i would like to have a 351 and i found one in belgium (i'm from France btw).
However, it's a 1968 mercury cougar GT (or so it says), and i recall GTs from that era came with 390s and 351 didn't come until 1970..
Am I right thinking it's been swapped?
insurance regulations here prohibits any swap sadly so i'm really frustrated.
