Finally put my 54 Packard and 64 Pontiac together. The differences are beyond staggering, mainly in the floor pan design and power plant. The Packard’s lack of drop-down floor pans and an overhead valve motor firmly plants it as clearly obsolete, even for the time. Both still very fun cars.
