In PA older cars can either be registered as Antique with driving restrictions or Classic with no only mileage restrictions but they need annual inspections. I'm pretty sure it's just to check for rust and all the original safety equipment is there. So, is there any reason a regular inspection shop wouldn't be able to do an inspection? It's a 64 Corvair so not worth 10s of thousands of dollars either.
