DriveShare and Insurance eg “rideshare” stuff

I want to buy a vintage car and give tours for money. My current insurance company does not permit this. (I get it; it’s not a commercial policy.) I’ve tried one commercial company, and they don’t cover the year of the vehicle. (Too old.) I can try others, but wonder if anyone has already cracked this nut and can help me out.

What I learned about a commercial policy is that I’m not supposed to use the vehicle for personal use, as that’s not covered. So it feels like I either have this car as a personal vehicle or a commercial vehicle. That’s no good. So would I have to buy two insurance polices and make a claim on the one in effect at the time of an incident?

The tour “business” part will only be sometimes. I’ve looked at www.Driveshare.com and that would work for me. I’d basically be paying a lot for commercial insurance one a one-off basis as I need it. (That’s better than all the time, given this is sort of a hobby/side hustle.) But if I do that, do I need to tell my personal auto insurance carrier that I’m doing rideshare? I checked with Hagerty and they immediately said they would not insure me at all if I was doing tours for money. However, I did not check with them once I learned about DriveShare.

Is anyone offering tours for money? I want to do this legit. Who can educate me? Is there an insurance broker or industry person that has insights? Have you figured out how to make this work? I’m less worried about the vehicle; my focus is coverage if some gets hurt in an accident or, for example, just getting in and out of the car. (The general public has no clue about classic cars.)
