Was looking to pick this thing up. Description says 70k miles, 4 on the floor, no rust, and performance mods. What is a fair price? I'm new to classic muscle, but I've been doing a lot of research. I'm wondering how the value is affected by mods such as the seats, Muncie 4speed, etc. I'm assuming negatively. Any input is appreciated!
