Help with a 1937 Lincoln Zephyr

I’m looking for some help and advice with a vehicle I inherited from a relative. I don’t much about old cars, or new ones for that matter. It’s a four door, I don’t know how big the engine is or anything to that effect. The car needs work. It needs repair to the upholstery and hasn’t run since my relative died in 2017. Id love to get it up and running. My relative took great pride in his vehicles and took excellent care of them. The body of the car is in great shape as it has a lot of sentimental value. However, I’m also not much of a car guy and don’t know if I can do the work on it at all. Just wondering what advice you’d have. Should I sell it and, if so, what can I expect for resale value? Secondly, is it worth getting it repaired? Any ballpark costs would be greatly appreciated. I’m just looking for a place to start.
