If a car guy that owns an auto repair shop happens to have a few old cars that were bought and paid for with a bill if sale can the LT260 and LT262 forms be used to obtain a title after resale at county Auction? Said mechanic shop has no experience in completing and following through with an LT262 and is not sure about legality of going this route to obtain ownership of vehicle.
