So im rebuilding a 1957 ford f100 truck. Its been sitting for about 16 years. Iv done alot to it such as all new brake lines, new wheel cylinders, new fuel lines ect. and now starting to rebuild the engine its a 292 y block problem is i cant find parts for it and not sure if parts off a newer truck( like 60's to 80's) would fit the 292…. So im asking if anyone knows a parts place the would have parts for classic engines or if other year truck are interchangeable(not sure if thats a word but it is now) with the 1957 292 y-block
